*Spa Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last visit. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card may be requested to guarantee these reservations. Please be prompt for your appointment, our schedules are designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your service. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice.


Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled service, 30 minutes or more if you plan to use our luxurious amenities. Please let the front desk know at check-in if you wish to use our amenities before your service. Late arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services.

*Cancellation policy

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, please give us 48 hours notice for multiple appointment bookings and 24 hours notice for all other appointments. All reservations without appropriate notice are subject to a 50% charge of the service. No show appointments are subject to the full charge of the service. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of our services for you as well as others. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.


To avoid disappointment we recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving Spa Roma or at least 2-3 weeks in advance. Groups can be accommodated with advance notice.

*Cell Phones

To ensure a peaceful, quiet environment for all our clients, please switch your cell phones to the silent position and try to refrain from using while upstairs in the spa.

*Children and Young Adults

Spa guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or sign a waiver to receive a massage or one of our body treatments. For the safety of your children and respect of other clients, we ask no children under the age of 12 be permitted in any treatment or salon area unless receiving a service in which they be accompanied by an adult




Are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest, however they can be paid in cash or added onto charge cards. We are often asked about the appropriate gratuity. If your service reached your expectations, you might use 15% to 20% as a benchmark. Gratuity envelopes are located at the checkout desk.

*Gift Cards

Card value may be used to purchase products and services. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase (it can’t be looked up) and the available balance will be applied to the transaction Prices vary and are subject to change without notice. The card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future use. Gift cards are not transferable and Spa Roma is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. Gift cards can be purchased online, by phone or in spa.
